Thank you for sharing your story with the world. Many of us do not realize how much of an impact this is creating for individuals living in the city. I admire your bravery, courage and determination. You are an amazing example of what it means to have hope.

She's an icredibly resilient and clear thinking 16 yr old that's for sure. It cannot be easy to be in high school in that situation. I disagree with the above quote by Miloon Kothari as I think that our resources as a society will always be exceeded by the need of those around us and taxing people at the point of a gun is never the way to solve these problems, but I do wish for more grassroots...

Thank you so much for sharing this story. The essay puts some unfamiliar faces to poverty- a duo we are not accustomed to associating with the trials of homelessness in Vancouver. I admire their courage and hope under such tough circumstances and genuinely believe they will get back on track in the near future.
