Xstrata still has not to this day called all the men back, only 180 have been called back. The men that were in modified before the lay off have not all been taken back yet. Looks to me that Xstrata, that has now signed a new contract with it's workers is not following the contract as promised. So many families are still suffering because of the lay off.
